Haymarket is the latest brewpub project to open in the Windy City. Brewmaster is Pete Crowley, previously in charge of the great brews at Rock Bottom Chicago. A post on their Facebook account says, "The brewery is estimated to arrive in Chicago on Friday the 13th!" Be sure to check it out. More…
